Frequently Asked Questions
How do I pay my storage bill?
You may pay by phone, online, or in person; we take Master Card, Visa, Discover, and Amex, Cash, Check, and Money Orders. We also offer monthly billing (available for credit cards only).
Can I store my boat or RV?
Yes, depending on the size and space we have available.
Do I need tenant insurance?
Talk to your Homeowners or Renters insurance company and tell them you have off-premises storage. They should cover you at little or no extra cost.
What are the access hours?
Lockers inside the main office building are accessible during business hours: 9 AM until 6 PM Monday through Friday and 9 AM until 4 PM Saturday and Sunday. The office is closed on major holidays, but gate access for the lockers outside the main office building is available 24/7.
What are your security features?
We have digital video recordings, computer-controlled access, on-site managers, and security lighting.
Do you rent moving trucks?
We rent U-Haul trucks (no trailers).
Do I need to bring my own lock?
If you have one, yes. If not, we sell them in the office along with other necessary moving supplies.
What items am I not allowed to store?
You may not store anything that could explode, anything alive or dead, and no perishables.
Do you provide dollies, pushcarts, and moving equipment?
We have flatbed dollies you can use while you are on the grounds. You can also rent dollies in the office.
What are the benefits of climate-controlled storage?
We recommend climate-controlled units for long-term storage (more than 2 months). Maintaining a constant temperature will help maintain furniture and other belongings while in storage. Extreme temperatures can cause wood furniture to become dry and brittle.
When can I move in?
You can move in the same day you sign a contract. Once a computer profile is complete, you will be given a gate code if the locker is in the main office building. If outside the main building, you will have 24-hour access. Outside lockers are available in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled rooms, but outside lockers do not have climate control.
